*You must submit a signed release form along with the artwork. Download the form below, have it signed by your parent/guardian, and submit it with your artwork (the form only needs to be signed and submitted one time). 

You may bring the release form in person to Room 236 at Eastside High School, or submit it through the email provided below

All Artwork MUST Be Submitted Through Email! 

When you submit your work, make sure it has your name, grade level, Paterson school, and a brief description of the artwork (character, title, etc.)!
